A request.
Rules.
A process that works.

Your expertise becomes
the agents’ guide.

You know who must approve, which information is required and what blocks a file. With the mindBrain Architect, you learn to translate that way of working into an application.

When you assemble it by hand

What you learn with mindBrain

Translate the need into technical steps and parameters.

Describe the expected operation to the Architect.

Distribute instructions across configurations, prompts and procedures.

Connect business information, rules and responsibilities.

Identify what must be updated when the need changes.

Request a change, then check its effects.

A rule connects the steps. A question shows what is still waiting.

Illustration of the teaching case: maintenance work tracking.

Two agents.
Two ways to move forward.

You design the system with the Architect. Users work with the Operator. Both rely on the same mindBrain application.

For design and administration

The Architect
mindBrain.

Describe your need from Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord. The Architect handles the technical build from the way of working you specify.

You guide, review and request adaptations.

For application users

Create a prospect, an intervention or an appointment. Ask business questions to understand the work status and next actions.

Your users interact with it through messaging.

Rules in action

The right questions.
The right relationships.

A file contains information. Its relationships show who must act and what allows the next step.

Change the state of the same example to follow the effect of a rule.

The question asked to the Operator

What is blocking this intervention before invoicing?

Relationships in a maintenance processAn intervention concerns a customer and has a report. The owner approves it, which is required before invoicing.documentssubmitted toallowsconcernsperformsInterventionReportApprovalClientOwnerInvoicing
Approval expected

The owner’s approval is expected.

In this test case, intervention INT-014 has a report. The owner still needs to approve it: the move to invoicing remains blocked.

Next action: Have the report approved.

Before approval

In this test case, intervention INT-014 has a report. The owner still needs to approve it: the move to invoicing remains blocked.

After approval

For the same intervention INT-014, the report is now approved. Under this example’s rule, moving to invoicing preparation is allowed.

Report missing

In this test variation, INT-014 has no report. Approval cannot take place: the file must be completed first.

Intervention → report → approval → invoicing. The owner performs the approval.

A process built.
Rules tested.

For four weeks, work hands-on with mindBrain on a focused business need. Learn to build, verify and evolve your application.

  1. 1

    Scope.

Choose the process, its users and the questions it must answer.

  2. 2

    Build.

Define the information, relationships and rules with the Architect.

  3. 3

    Test.

Generate synthetic data to test expected situations and exceptions.

  4. 4

    Refine.

Check the answers with the Operator and request the necessary corrections.

Test the cases that matter.

Complete or incomplete files. An approval received or pending. A condition met or a block to explain.

Your destination
A functional process in mindBrain, tested with synthetic data.

Live connections to third-party software data are outside the announced programme. The goal is to master how your process works.

Prepare your future offer

A specific problem.

Your expertise can
become an offer.

A demonstrable process helps you explain your offer and test the idea with professionals in the field.

  1. Start from a recognized problem. For example, interventions that remain blocked before invoicing.
  2. Start the first conversations.Understand the real work before building the full scope.
  3. Show a concrete system.Present your process and gather useful adaptations.

The marketing templates available for your session will be specified in the programme. Client implementation is a later step.

The Bootcamp framework

Duration
Four weeks, with sessions organized every month.
Agents
The mindBrain Architect and mindBrain Operator.
Target outcome
A functional process tested with synthetic data.
Details
The schedule, support, mindBrain access and price will be specified before you join the Bootcamp.

Before you start.

How it works, the scope and the next step.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the expected operation in natural language. The Architect handles the technical build; you review proposals and test with the Operator. The Bootcamp requires practice and involvement in defining your process.

Which tools will we use?

The programme uses mindBrain and its two agents: the Architect to design or administer the application, and the Operator to use it. The dialogue happens through messaging. The programme will specify the supported channel among Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord and the required configuration.

What will I build during the four weeks?

The target is a functional business process in mindBrain, with its information, rules and questions, tested with synthetic data. You can extend this work into a fuller application depending on the chosen scope and your involvement.

Why use synthetic data?

This test data represents the situations your application must handle. It lets you prepare complete or incomplete files, exceptions and pending approvals to check rules and answers without using real customer files.

Will I connect my company’s real data?

The programme uses synthetic data created to represent your application’s situations. Live connections to third-party data sources are outside the announced scope. Moving to a real client environment is a later step.

Which access and costs should I expect?

The programme will specify the Bootcamp price, included mindBrain access, duration, support and any costs required for the exercises. You will receive this information before deciding whether to join.

Can I offer my service to clients?

The aim is to teach you how to turn a business need into a demonstrable service. Validating the need, refining your offer and arranging client implementation remain steps to complete. Resource reuse conditions will be specified before purchase. No client or revenue is guaranteed.

Does joining the mailing list commit me to buying?

No. You are asking to receive the programme and next dates, as well as the price and details. Joining the mailing list does not reserve a paid place or commit you to buying the Bootcamp.

The next step

Your work.
Your rules.
Your first process.
